Re-purposed Jewelry Using Paper Beads- Part 1

About a year ago, my then 9-year daughter and I started making our own paper beads from strips of paper we recycled from old magazines.. And with those paper beads came forth these critters..

And since then, we continue to create and develop other unique items, still using paper beads..

Lately, some of our church volunteers led by my friend, Cherry Sales, have been making pretty paper beads in different sizes and shapes. Thus,  for our volume projects, we now prefer to order paper beads from our parish . In this way, we not only help the environment with our eco-freindly jewelry, but also aid in augmenting the income of church volunteers from the depressed areas of the community. ♥

Inspirational Adornments

I enjoy  creating trinkets with an inspirational or religious theme. I believe my jewelry should be good for the body and also uplifting to the soul.. So I'm sharing these Decade Rosaries-- tools for prayer and also reminders of God's unconditional love for us...

Here's the Blue Bird's Nest 2-in-1 Decade Rosary and Inspirational Bag Charm on the left,  and the Red Floral Decade  Rosary on the right..

May Our Good Lord answer our prayers! ♥
